In a large bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients.
Add the pork strips to the bowl and mix until well coated.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to overnight.
Soak the wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes.
Thread the pork strips onto the skewers (about 20 skewers total).
Grill the pork skewers over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side,
basting with the remaining marinade as they cook.
Serving: Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
