Pan-Fried Tilapia

Ingredients
 
lbs Tilapia fillet (4 pieces)
4 Tbsp olive oil
¼ cup flour
 
salt and black pepper, to taste
3 tsp lemon
 
Garnish
lemon wedges
parsley leaves
 


Preparation steps:
  1. Rinse the fish and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Place the flour in a large, shallow dish and dredge the fish in flour on both sides.
  3. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the fish to the pan and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
    Reduce the heat to medium and fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Flip the fish, season again lightly with salt and pepper, and drizzle ¾ tsp lemon juice over each fillet.
    Fry for an additional 3 minutes.
Serving: Garnish with sprigs of parsley and lemon wedges.
